It's actually a heavily modified version of the default TwentyEleven theme that ships with Wordpress. The main blog structure is almost completely unchanged bar a couple of style changes, I've just replaced the top 'header' section with a custom navigation menu of my own and added in a hand-coded page layout for the portfolio page. Unfortunately, unless you have a good knowledge of designing with Wordpress I can't really help you much more than that as this site was really my first attempt at designing a multi-page website and it's basically become a hack job of a number of different layouts and design elements.
